Shipping method and costs: We aim to ensure delivery within 5 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4pm. For islands, delivery may take an additional day. Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, the courier will make 2 delivery attempts. 

You can decide to return any purchased product within 30 days of receiving your order. Warning: Before making a return, please ensure products are in the same condition as when received, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used. The cost of collecting returned parcels is €30 (with the exception of eBikes which have a return cost of €49 and must be requested exclusively through Customer Services), which will be deducted directly from the amount refunded for goods returned. The time required to see the refund credited to your account depends on the card issuer. If your return does not meet the listed requirements, the parcel will be sent back at your expense and no refund will be issued.
